Although The Ogden has large floor plans and is in a prime location the prices are a value compared to the touristy Las Vegas Strip, prices start slightly above the median cost of a Vegas home. In addition to traditional financing, special options requiring a 5% down payment can make the barrier to entry to living in a high-end condo a reality.

According to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, inventory is shrinking. The supply of townhouses and condos is as low as it has been in the past four years. Experts predict home prices will edge higher as inventory continues to shrink assuring buyers of a solid investment.
